  LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

KinderBike warrants each new frame, fork and original component part against breakage due to defects in workmanship and materials: 

 LIFETIME   The trainer frame 

   1 YEAR     All original parts 

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any damage, failure or loss caused by use of trainer for jumping, stunt riding, acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which it was not designed
  • Improper assembly or maintenance, to include damage caused by improper installation/maintenance of hardware (including, but not limited to nuts, bolts, washers, cross-threads, screws, wires, bushings, bearings, etc.)
  • Any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper assembly or maintenance, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in owners manual

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. KinderBike shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with its products. KinderBike's liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods or parts not complying with this warranty or, at KinderBike's election, to the repayment of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product in question. You are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged during transport to us. We recommend that you insure your package via shipper that provides adequate tracking in the event of loss or damage during shipping. Since KinderBike trainers are sold through third party retailers, we require proof of purchase with all warranty returns. Proof of purchase may be in the form of a reciept or bill of sale and should include the model number, purchasers information, retailers information and date of sale. Any claim against this warranty must be made through the original dealer or distributor from whom the product was purchased. Proof of purchase is required. A trainer must be registered with KinderBike before a warranty claim may be processed. Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.This warranty does not cover damage to normal wear and tear parts, such as inner tubes, tires, handgrips, brake components, saddle cover or bearings. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

At KinderBike, we create trainers that get children riding earlier than any other bike on the market.  Whether you intend to use it on dirt, grass or pavement, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your KinderBike trainer, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

RETURNS

We're sorry it didn’t work out.  All items returned within 30 days with proof of purchase and in "like new" condition will receive a full refund. Refund will be made in the tender type originally used.  If the bike shows signs of significant wear and tear or damage due to abuse, incorrect installation or accidents, as determined by KinderBike bicycle staff, it will not be accepted for return or refund. Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.  Please contact us before returning your item so that we can provide a return authorization number.  Please annotate this number on your sales invoice when returning the item(s).  KinderBike recommends returning your items using a shipping provider with tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in transit en route to our warehouse.  Upon receiving a return authorization from KinderBike, return your item(s) to:
